One-Year Warranty Request Instructions

Before You Submit

  • Review the Warranty Booklet included in your closing package.
  • Confirm that the issue is a covered warranty item.
  • Note exclusions such as normal wear-and-tear, homeowner maintenance, animal damage, or misuse.

    Step 1: Complete the Warranty Request Form

    Use the Warranty Request Form provided in your closing package. Fill in:


    • Homeowner name, phone, and email
    • Property address and community name
    • Closing date
    • Detailed description of each issue (one issue per line)
    • Room/area location (e.g., “Kitchen – left cabinet hinge loose”)

      Step 2: Gather Supporting Materials

      • Attach clear photos of each issue (wide shot + close-up).
      • Include any relevant documentation.

        Step 3: Email Your Request or Attach it in the Link Provided

        • Send the completed form and attachments to: warranty@jandndevelopers.com
        • Use a subject line like: Warranty Request – [Your Street Address]
        • Keep all communication in the same email thread for faster coordination.

          Step 4: After Submission

          • Your request will be reviewed against warranty coverage.
          • You may be contacted for clarification.
          • If covered, service coordination will be scheduled with you.

            Urgent Safety Issues

            For immediate hazards (gas leaks, electrical sparks, active water intrusion):
            Contact emergency services or your utility provider first.
