J&N Developers was formed in 2010 by two local builders: Stacy Johnson (Johnson Construction Company) and Kevin Narron (Narron Homes). Stacy began his construction business as a hobby while working full-time as the manager of Coastal Lumber Company in Goldsboro. Meanwhile, Kevin started building cabinets in high school and opened his first cabinet shop after graduation. Both builders have been licensed North Carolina General Contractors since the 1990s and build both speculative and custom homes.
